Macedon Ridge, since their 1st vintage in 2004 have collected 7 wine show medals – including Best Pinot Noir at the 2007 Ballarat Wine Show and Rising Star Award – Pinot Noir, Gourmet Traveller Magazine July 2008.

2008 Macedon Ridge Pinot Noir
A wonderful example of a cool climate Pinot Noir which has freshness with a delicate balance of acids and tannins complemented by subtle use of French oak.
Colour – Bright ruby red wine with lively clarity.
Bouquet – Delicate spicy dark cherry fruit aromas against a subtle background of complex forest undergrowth.

Total Acidity – 7.2gm/l
Wine Ph – 3.45
Alcohol – 13.4%
Cellaring – 5-7 years.
